This Policy applies to all Customers/Users and Vendors/Merchants (collectively, “You”) using the WooferG technology platform.
By registering for, onboarding with, or using the platform, you expressly agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
WooferG collects information necessary to provide delivery facilitation and marketplace services:
For Customers/Users: Name, mobile number, email address, delivery addresses, real-time location data, device/IP logs, and order history.
For Vendors/Merchants: Business name, owner identity, business license details, bank/settlement account details, store photos, and transaction records.
General Data: Support interactions, feedback, and system-usage logs required for operational security.
Data collected is used exclusively for platform operations and safety:
Order Fulfillment: Coordinating orders between Customers, Merchants, and Delivery Partners.
Financial Processing: Verifying identity and processing settlements for Merchants.
Security & Fraud Prevention: Monitoring logs to prevent misuse, fraudulent orders, and unauthorized access.
Compliance: Meeting legal, regulatory, and audit requirements under Indian law.
We share data only when necessary to complete a service or comply with the law:
Operational Partners: Limited data is shared with delivery partners, merchants (for customer orders), and payment gateways.
Service Providers: Shared with technical, banking, and audit partners for system maintenance and security.
Legal Authorities: Information may be disclosed to government or regulatory bodies if required for investigations or by law.
Ownership: All data processed on the platform remains the property of WooferG for operational purposes.
Retention: Data is archived and retained for as long as necessary for record-keeping, risk control, and legal compliance.
Modification: Any requests for data deletion or modification are subject to WooferG’s internal review and local regulations.
WooferG employs industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access. However, by using the platform, you acknowledge:
No Absolute Guarantee: WooferG shall not be liable for data exposure resulting from cyber-attacks, network failures, or third-party security breaches.
User/Vendor Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information. ooferG is not liable for financial or legal consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent data provided by you.
In cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or platform misuse, WooferG reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate Customer or Vendor accounts.
Withhold or seize pending settlements.
Retain all relevant data for investigation purposes.
Policy Updates: WooferG reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on the platform.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes regarding this Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Mandla District Court, Madhya Pradesh.
Usage of the WooferG platform constitutes your voluntary and unbiased consent to this Master Privacy Policy.
